According to the President, prescription drug prices are being lowered 600%. This means when I pay $20 for a prescription the pharmacy will GIVE ME $100 back. How is this true? Where is the $100 coming from? Who is paying the 500% to American consumers? Why don't pharmacies know? Where is my $$$?

I loved that my kids didn't have cell phones at sleep away camp. This is on the camp, and the local & state government. This river has a well established history of flooding. How is a 7 year old going to save herself in this situation?
