Maryland DOT's draft funding plan came out recently, and guess what? Baltimore's public transportation money got cut again. That's not acceptable. Next Wednesday, we need you to make your voices heard: a 9 am rally/hearing at Baltimore City Hall, and a 1 pm hearing at the Towson University Union.
