AP Biology students at Edmondson-Westside investigated cell exchange efficiency during a hands-on Cell Size Lab. Using beetroot cubes, students calculated surface area-to-volume ratios and observed diffusion rates. This allowed students to connect mathematical data to biological principles.

Alumni Update: BSA alumna and director Lydia Cornett premiered her new documentary, "Tesztpálya" (Test Track), at the Venice Film Festival last week. Produced by The Guardian, the film was selected for the Orizzonti Short Films International Competition, alongside 13 short films.
