I'm so intensely burnt out in my current job that I wish I could just switch careers completely. Sadly, life isn't that accommodating, and I don't even know what I'd do instead anyway. Maybe I just need a new job, but I'm not mentally stable enough to be interviewing right now. I feel so lost... 😔

Well, I'm back from my grandmother's funeral, and I'm happy to report that it mostly went really well and my family was very accepting of me - I was only deadnamed once (on purpose and rudely, unfortunately). Thank you again to everyone who helped me get there, really... thank you so much. 💜

Having also been closeted for years, I just randomly broke down crying in my car one day in my work parking lot. Everything kinda just came to a strong realization that I absolutely needed to pursue my true self. Like it wasn't even a choice to be made anymore. I just had to. I took that day off XD
