Hott D. Oggy is a skittish balloon dog who lives in the Helium District, near the legendary Rubber Refineries Inc., the subdistrict of balloon factories where he's employed. Many balloon animals work as balloon vendors all over Pooltopia, and Oggy is one of them, frequently sent out to sell his squeaky wares to soon-to-be-satisfied customers. He helps Rubber Refineries Inc. sell everything from so-called "unpoppable" balloons and even new balloonie friends for Pooltopians to make! The secret to the former is unsurprisingly a closely guarded secret, and the latter is known as a Rent-A-Friend service, created to cater to Dymitrians who feel too lonely in their lives. The corporation is lauded as one of the best businesses on Planet Dymitria, but there are many people who feel skeptical and frequently try to find flaws in their squeaky clean practices...
Oggy tends to be afraid of a lot of things, and this is sadly due to many customers harassing him about his appearance, his kiosk inventory, the company he works for, etc. This has caused him to develop major paranoia, and a few stress tics as well. He only works for Rubber Refineries these days because he's too skittish for new job interviews, and most of his earnings go towards therapy to treat his constant stress. Splash and friends try to comfort Oggy whenever they encounter him, and he really appreciates them for it~
However, it doesn't help that certain nearby incidents sometimes end up destroying his cart and derailing his business. He can usually repair it after work, but this usually leads to a scolding from his boss for letting company property get damaged. Sometimes his fear turns to rage if anyone pushes Oggy too far, and he starts to inflate himself up as an intimidation tactic. This has varying results, with some persistent hecklers provoking him to overinflate and even pop! This doesn't hurt Oggy as he can reform like any other Pooltopian, but he considers the days this happens the worst in his career...

Speaking of Noodle's parents, Julian the mink and William the stoat, I decided to make a ref sheet for them too! X3

Julian M. Orswell and William S. Orswell are world famous scientists of Pooltopia and the parents of Noodle. Julian, the mom, works at the local Happy Stitches Hospital, a Pooltopia branch of the Capybarium Hospital. She helps treat popped patients who need help getting patched up and reinflated. She also does research on various elements used in medicines, to cure other Dymitrians of their own unique ailments as well!

William, the dad, often travels the world to discover, collect, and study elements. He likes to take home samples and conduct experiments on them, which tend to be very explosive! However, his research leads him to frequently stay up late at night and leave him super stressed out by the morning. Julian loves him with all her heart balloon, but wishes there was something she could do about his coffee-fueled habits... Nevertheless, both their efforts have contributed greatly to Dymitrian society, paving the way for futuristic new innovations and cool advanced technology!

Of course, not everything goes swimmingly for this cute couple, all the time. They have to put up with Noodle's crazy antics almost every day, and discipline her when she inevitably gets into a sticky situation with her friends. And with or without Noodle, things are bound to turn haywire with their own inventions from time to time! But only a third of all this is ever enough to stop them from doing what they love: Helping as many people as they can around the planet, 'cause it's the right thing to do! Including their daughter, since how could they possibly stay mad at Noodle's darn adorable face for long?
