Mrs B saw Ed Milliband on Sky arguing against more UKCS gas, because it wouldn’t reduce gas prices paid by consumers, she thought this was all Govts care about My strategy is to produce gas and have wind, solar, heat pumps, EVs, insulation but no party shares my view. They’re all energy useless

Biomethane with CCS is a much better use for land….we get wheat we need to feed us and waste straw is made into biomethane (displacing LNG imports) and the overall process removes ppm of dinosaur era CO2 from the air, improves the soil & reduces fertiliser imports www.linkedin.com/posts/tjohnb...

Today is as good a day as ever to review rules that insist on flaring renewable gas every time the plant starts and make more gas in GB that does not come to UK by ship The regulators can sort if they want to and could do it today They just need to say that "its fine to apply common sense"
