Im not even talking about AAA.Im talking about whole industry.I.e., 3000€/month is a small salary for IT dev.Even if the team is just 3 people its 108k€/per year. 1 year dev brings a small game.Marketing&tests-> 200k€.It cant be sold with price more than 5$.How many copies should be sold?+add taxes.

It's one thing to grind on your own project, another thing to bring in someone from the outside. If you hire an external artist, you owe them their full rate. And if they're generous enough to give you a discount upfront, you'd better be negotiating a 'success bonus' for when the project hits.

In my region, there are $$$ studios that hire vOlUnTeArS or pay high-skilled specialists way below market,promising % (just 50$) after release, if they stay in the studio. Some other studios pay only when the entire project is finished and its rights are given to the studio. Devs get only 100-200$!
