they are extremely expensive unfortunately... private mengorships and classes that include critique of your work cost hundred or thousands of dollafs

yeah i prefer it as well. just found that a lot of art is very polished and clean, so maybe that is what is appealing to others instead of the messier style

what can i improve on to make this style more appealing? is it just too messy??

mochi @bakedmochi.com · 11h

well i don't know what i'm doing differently than them. even trying to use tags which was recommended to me, doesn't seem to help

thanks. tried my best

mochi @bakedmochi.com · 12h

yeah i personally like messier art, but i found (both in my own personal experience and looking at others art) that clean art and art with nice lineart tend to be more well recieved

mochi @bakedmochi.com · 12h

any advice would be appreciated

i think my other style is closer to what people want to see/ is appealing. kinda sucks that it's that way, but if i want to become an artist and be able to quit my job to do art, gotta draw in a way that other people enjoy

OC: 🐀 Estele 🐀 [ #oc | #ocsky | #art | #ocart ]

Fullbody art for Estele, an OC

art of Estele wielding her longsword as dark energy swirls around it. Her maniac expression is contrasted by a background head shot of herself with a longing expression.
