The work needed will primarily be for hard surface designs (weapons, mecha etc.) There will also be some retopology work involved for existing models that still need texture work done (some designs have been created in CAD initially) I am willing to pay for commission as well.

The material and shaders mentioned in that role as well are applicable here, so more technical would mean HLSL, and possibly even workflow/tooling work to go along with all of that. The game is planned to be heavily stylized for additional context.

The coolest thing I've picked up in recent days: A 1998 Big Box North American release of Bubblegum Crisis OVA. They're dual-format DVDs with options to be played on a ferociously expensive player or an equally pricey DVD drive for your Windows 95/98 PC - if you've got the correct MPEG-2 decoder.
