Yup. The info was there if you were interested and listening. Due to AGW, moved from SoCal to the shore of Lake Superior (UP MI) as young marrieds in 1987. We were starting a family, wanted “ancestral home” for kids and grandkids etc, in the best place in US re AGW. Married 41 years today 🥰

Silverado 4WT EV. EPA rated 450 mi range but we regularly get 520 miles. And I mostly charge off our 10.2 kW solar array 😎 I guess you thought I was avoiding mentioning Tesla? Have always thought they were ugly and cramped… even before he went cray cray!

Wellll, at the clinic where my dog is collected it is done by hand. Often with a “teaser bitch” (in heat female) he can snuffle to get in the mood. But he’s a pro, doesn’t need any extra incentive, he knows what goes on in that back room and is eager to enter 😂😂 Here he is after… ahh yeah baby

This guy got hit by a vehicle. Amazing intelligent calm gorgeous being. Broken pelvis and tibia, had to be euthanized (no wildlife vet here, life in captivity possible but low quality) but got a great last meal and a burial with honor. A sad day.

Yaaas!! I always share that 1) ICE engines WASTE about 80% energy while EVs lose only around 11% (yes 8x more efficient) and 2) compare how often you service and fix your gas engine vs your electric motor windows — electric motor has way fewer parts and is essentially maintenance free.

Having others use the no-carbon power from the grid is probably the most efficient “carbon capture” method, or maybe for electrolysis and store H2 at low pressure in propane tanks for use in fuel cells over winter. But carbon bricks would be cool. This is one of the arrays; Silverado EV charging

Me too as too often the EV part just gives more power. Still… better than full ICE. Drove our Silverado EV from UP Michigan to Cabo, 3500 miles, got over 500 miles range (EPA 450), did not emit about 2.5 tons of co2 👍

We drove our Silverado BEV from UP Michigan to Cabo San Lucas (3500 miles). Got over 500 miles per charge (EPA rating 450 miles) and did not emit about 2.5 tons of co2. In US just like an ICE trip — drive until low, then look for fill up station. No need to plan route chargers everywhere.

Silverado EV 4 WT. It calculates range based on your last few charges. Been in Baja a month or so, driving hwy and dirt and small villages. You can see that 10% battery left I have 50 miles left = 500 miles on full charge. EPA rating is 450 miles. Have done as much as 535 miles 😎

Very cool! And yes it can be done. This relatively tiny 10.2kW array with 12kwh lifepo battery powers this building in UP Michigan 100% Feb-October and 20%-80% NovDecJan. Started saving money the first day 👍
