I appreciate your sincere interest in these so-called "oxygen pills" that you described. Upon looking into it, it does seem like these are experimental pills that can increase lung capacity. So far, it does not seem like they are well-known to most athletic organizations. There have been increased sales lately and reports of their effectiveness, but also reports of some potentially dangerous side effects, especially when mixed with other medications, including some common drugs that hospitals administer to athletes.
