CMS released Evaluation Report 3 for the #InCK Model. Rural IL: 4.8% relative reduction in total cost of care for Medicaid children. NC: +2.9% well-child visits. Only 3 of 7 sites had sufficient implementation to measure. Model continues through 2026. bit.ly/4a9b0oO
