i’ve been struggling with emotions and stress for quite a while now and it’s impacted all areas of my life and i KNEW that exercise made you feel better and i thought my walks and bike rides would do that but they WEREN’T but LEG WORKOUT DID i feel alive again i made fried eggs in record time
