I submit unto you that Incubus and Succubus are not genders, but sexual dynamic roles. Incubus means "to lay above", and would indicate a top. Succubus means "to lay beneath", and would indicate a bottom. This posits the idea of a switch, simply called a Concubus; which would mean "to lay with".
