Special small batch tapping today. We filled a single gin barrel from J. Carver Distillery with our baltic porter. Aroma's of oak, vanilla, cinnamon, orange and spice. Very limited only 1 barrels worth of beer, so if this sounds up your alley get down here quick!

A Belgian White Ale brewed w/ grapefruit and coriander. Pilsner and wheat malt along with flaked oats give this beer a bready, silky character. Accompanied by clove, spice & bubble gum notes from the yeast. A healthy dose of grapefruit and coriander for a citrus/floral twist with a hint of tartness.
