nvm i manually set the tablet area in the software i think it was assuming both of my monitors were mapped and it was trying to keep my pen inside the application window

has anyone ever had a problem like this? my tablet is correctly set up in the tablet driver software. its mapped to my main monitor and the scaling is correct. i can move the mouse using it to any point on the screen but specifically when i draw in CSP i get this
