Reporter looked into the bullshit: they mentioned in their article that they did find cat litter in schools, but for cleaning up things like blood or vomit. People mistook this as the original cause, but it was just due diligence after the fact. The original, viral story was purely someone lying.

Can't speak for everyone, but my economics classes (mostly taught by life-long conservative men) convinced me of how awful Repub economic policy is, years *before* Trump.
