I had this exact situation with my game. It's best for important moments, but ppl get frustrated if all text is slow, because those few seconds add up a lot over time, and it just becomes a real test of patience.

criticism of this would only rlly be justified if it were a large studio with a normal audience, but if i was making a game with a big, insanely reactive audience that hyper-fixates on all minute details to the point of hallucination, i would not want to risk releasing a bad translation
