Oh yeah I love how we've yet to learn from past experiences with the previous increases in minimum wage I do wonder if this is a low key ploy to get people to eat healthier because fast food pricing will increase so much, it will be more financially feasible to make your own food at home 🤔

People are going to fight for the fast food jobs now. Which will now be a bigger incentive for fast food places to drop hours and hire more people to keep them off benefits and keep insurance cheaper It sucks but this is going to make it worse for people

Honestly? It's not going to do much Yeah for the first 6 months to a year it'll help but, after that Inflation will increase setting minimum back to where it was. It'll also set people into the next tax bracket so that means, the extra money will only be eaten up faster.
