It also depends on what your budget is! If you want to get into it as a hobby but want a higher quality printer then getting a prusa i3 kit (instead of fully built) is great, because then you get to assemble it yourself and learn

If you want to get into 3d printing as a hobby: ender 3/an inexpensive entry level printer. You'll have to spend more time tinkering with it and doing maintenance If you want to just make things: Bambu Labs/Prusa. They're more expensive but will work better out of the box with less effort
