If you'd like to have an idea how hard animation is, I've spent an entire morning just to draw this one puppet. Now let's try and bring her to life... The woman in question is Bella Salomon. I'm not giving you any more clues so you'll have to guess what this episode will be all about. 😁

In 1724, the Leipzig City Council asked J.S. Bach for some "modest background music" for Good Friday. What he gave them instead shocked the congregation and nearly cost him his job. This new 20-minute animated film tells the story of the St John Passion... youtu.be/cj91WO9nS8E

Now that the Bach animated series is coming to a close, I'd like to pay homage to Dorothea, Bach’s eldest daughter, here wonderfully interpreted by Daria Nitu. This short tribute is for her and for anyone who's ever felt unseen, underestimated and who continue unabated when others forget to notice.

There are moments in life when silence is heavier than words, and solitude feels like a piercing blade. I'm walking through one of those moments now, quietly, with dignity, I hope. If you're struggling too: hold your head high, keep your heart open. Pain doesn’t define us, how we carry it does.
