Has anyone told Hegseth that Sec of Defense is a real job. He will have to show up every day cover issue across all times so lots of 20+ hour days and a calendar full of meetings. It’s a real job he won’t get paid to attend the never ending frat party anymore. Faced with reality he might withdraw.

I just did the math on what a Trump 2nd term will be.Assume a 5day workweek less holidays there are +/- 250 Work days(wd) /year assume an avg 3 wd golf a week, 40 wd of vacation per year and at his age and based on round 1 would assume 50% efficiency at work so 27 wd as prez/yr. We may yet survive
