We have the diesel it’s just all on the gulf coast. If the govmnt wanted to help, they‘d expand fuel trucking companies & shipping diesel by rail to where its needed most. Using the defense production act (or lying about it) to expand a refinery is too stupid by half for even MAGA to believe.
