[Reposting our 🧪paper threads to preserve them] Our labs' first PDF-formatted paper is out! With Adam Deustchbauer, we adapted #RBTnSeq to representatives of the #Ralstonia solanacearum species complex. Goal: identify shared and strain-specific traits that pathogens use across their life cycles.
