(Yeah, I feel this. As much as I do love writing in this verse, sometimes I really feel like I'm intruding or an outsider looking in when I see how tight-knit everyone else seems. I don't exactly feel unwelcome, but I don't feel like I fully belong, if that makes sense.)

(Not sure how long my hiatus'll be. Even thought things seemed to have mostly settled on here, next week or two are going to be busy for me IRL. Might be back mid-March.)

(Soooo...I check in on things real quick before my shift picks up and, uh...wow. I'm not sure I'm exactly 'well-equipped' to comment on this one and others have responded much better than I could. Definitely still taking that break though, I think.)

(I might take a break from this account for a while. So many things have happened in this verse lately and I just need a 'time out' from it all. Also, my condolences to Kane's friends and loved ones. I never knew them, but not knowing someone doesn't mean I can't offer sympathy and kindness.)

(My idea with Tellus being able to match Sonic's speed is that in a footrace, Sonic would still beat him soundly. While Tellus can match Sonic's pace, he tires out much, much sooner. Now if it were a younger Tellus, it'd be a close race.)

Tellus: An old-fashioned romantic who keeps his gestures modest. They aren't fancy, but they'll be meaningful. Pummel: Very affectionate, will use his earth powers to grow your favorite flowers~ Flint: He's very much a 'wordlessly gives you a present before briskly speedwalking away' romantic.

[🌐 - Tᴇʟʟᴜs] Though old fashioned as he was, Tellus still knew his way around a phone. What he didn't know, however. was who this sudden message was from. Still, it would be fun to respond. ['Well, I am! ...With my prehensile tail, that is!'] ['And hello to you too, stranger!']

"YEEHAAAAW!!" Pummel's deep southern drawl rang out as he burst from the ground next to Cherry. Wiping sweat from his forehead, the large opossum took a breath of fresh air. "Hoo boy, diggin' really is faster fer me than runnin'!" Seems he hadn't noticed Cherry yet...

[🌐 - Tᴇʟʟᴜs] "I suppose so..." Tellus paused in thought, eyes closing as he stayed silent for a brief moment. "Well, I can't say I'm a fan of the attitude, but I will own up that I perhaps judged you too harshly. Your confidence is part of who you are."
