Well! I had a tiny lil gig at H-Con last friday! It went rather well and I've been asked to play again next year on the bigger stage! Here is a short clip (Sorry for the potato quality)

Singing lessons are going great so far. 8 months in and i can already nail some difficult high notes without damaging myself!

Azrael @azraelgargoyle.bsky.social · 06/09/2026

oooooooh that looks like it would come out great on my 3D printer!

i just poured a can of chili con carne on my frozen pizza.. fuck everything!

And for good measure a (very) short bit of lute practice. This is the opening of "Lachrimae Pavan" by Dowland

Azrael @azraelgargoyle.bsky.social · 28/03/2026

Been experimenting a bit more with tapping lately. its...a rather unusual variety of music for me, but I can see myself using something like that more often. The idea was to fret one chord with my left hand while tapping out the shape of another chord with my right. kinda tricky.

Azrael @azraelgargoyle.bsky.social · 17/03/2026

Second singing lesson down! This time i was much more relaxed and we made a lot of progress. My vocal range seems to be about 3 octaves, which is nice i guess? Now that the kitchen-makeover is finally done i can spend a lot more time practicing.

010

Azrael @azraelgargoyle.bsky.social · 06/03/2026

Some random ass tapping practice bits strung together to create something.. progressive-ish

000

Azrael @azraelgargoyle.bsky.social · 06/02/2026

then i see anouncements of furry bands playing live at furry cons and i just go.. HOW???

010

Azrael @azraelgargoyle.bsky.social · 06/02/2026

I really wonder how people manage to put together a functioning band within the furry fandom. I have been talking to various musicians (that arent halfway across the planet) for years, but noone seems to be comitted/motivated enough to want to start something like that.

Azrael @azraelgargoyle.bsky.social · 05/02/2026

Agreed - i watched that too and its spot on.

Cooking up some new music... stay tuned! ;)
