Which years? I would often stay at the Fairmont when in BJ or over by SOHO (where friends office was); at least in general area. Ate often in Yintai mall (clients fav restaurant) and Annie's (ofx). But that was pre 2016. And no, I dont remember seeing her. And yes she would have been very obvious.

Also the math may not work for the GOP. As someone on here noted after Judge Luttig’s piece the seat would remain open until legal challenges are resolved which might take a long time.

Point stands but numbers are off. It’s about 85 billion for DC and 2T for total. The usual comparison is DC to total Commercial. Total commercial is around 122B so share of DC to total Comm is wacky. MxD and MF developers are complaining although they always do so who knows

For unpaid invoices we charge an annual rate of 18%. (restricted for the design industry in most states). His cookie bill compounded over 6 years would be about $3500-he shorted them about $1300. They could charge for admin fees & penalties too. A CC comp could charge at least 25-29%+ Just sayin'

My father would argue not literally impossible from the Ed side but politically it might be. (one of the creators of school without walls programs for rural communities, Sesame Street, literally, was created on our dining table, thx dr ingelman and more). yes too many circumstances and variables to calc. And most corp SF RE holdings are small LLCs of 1/2 dozen or less which could make them more ‘reactive’ rate and market changes.

Because it’s in a state with a Dem Governor and AG and it’s been a AZ GOP rumor for years that Dr Crow is a “secret Democrat.” (See statements by Biggs and Tuningpoint) The silliness is even sillier when you see that the total % of foreign students is about 8% or about 75th in the rankings.

The GOP needs to "run their numbers" on the seats. If they either do not seat any newly elected Dem seats won from the GOP in Red state controlled states, where certification happens, the GOP is not in the majority even worse if they dont seat any newly elected Congress members. Stupid coup attempt.

Agree this Congress has no role in who gets seated post regular election. Was using "not seating" more colloquially vs literally. My point was if the GOP tried something like Tillis is suggesting or as Judge Luttig wrote about it is not a legal process and more correctly should be called a coup.
