Leave the awards for national team performance but wipe out all of the awards based on cheating club "accomplishments."

azanknick.bsky.social @azanknick.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

I understand that it is unlikely to happen, but I feel it would be just to revoke all the player awards for club achievements. Don't reassign them, just leave blanks for every year a ManCity player won the PFA Player of the Year, etc.

Glad you're physically safe! It makes me furious when someone values their convenience more than life.

Depends on how you do with wool. If you aren't allergic, they are wonderful.

I vaguely remember hearing about the Good Friday Agreement but couldn't understand why it mattered to us Americans. Clear memory of historic event would be 9/11.

The best I can come up with is that Giles is somewhat on the outs with Republicans today as he doesn't believe AZ's elections were stolen. Not a great reason, but 🤷.

And masks. Masking when outdoors really helps.

Medically prescribed steroids. Took a week to take full effect, but I could breathe and sleep at the same time.

Having websites or games push logging in with Facebook. I don't have Facebook, I don't want Facebook, and why can't I use the site or play a game without it?

It's a really, really, really great relief to have answers that explain why/how my brain works instead of someone dismissing my concerns.

I live in a fairly red area, but our town loves the local library. While I am absolutely looking forward to reading the book, I am also hoping others will read it and learn.

My local public library approved my request to order your book. Hoping the changes will settle down for you soon!

I realize it may not be every lawyer's style, but as a non-attorney, I appreciated the judge sounding outraged at outrageous behavior.

I don't see any warning on Neal's posts or account and my warning settings are set to very sensitive.

I'm not particularly a fan of Wilson, but I don't disagree. On the other hand, he had to know it wasn't going to end well as it's been years since the Giants had a decent enough OL to keep a QB upright.

That is Giants football right now. We might not be the Jets but we do share a stadium.

Oh the dogs are entirely worth it! My condolences to your eyeballs for this game.

As a Giants fan, why would you do that to yourself?

Mom's best friend when I was little told us to call her by her first name instead of Mrs X and Mom's compromise was telling us to call her Aunt X. No blood relation whatsoever and extremely involved in making sure we grew up as loved, functioning adults.

Being present matters so much. Thank you for encouraging others to be present and prepared! It makes the process easier for court staff like me and for our judges.

azanknick.bsky.social @azanknick.bsky.social · 29/01/2025

Our courthouse once had an attorney's staff file paperwork to open a new emergency case 20 minutes before closing. Attorney wasn't present, screwed up most of the paperwork (took us until after closing to get it straightened out) and triggered judicial "comments" at their next meeting.

Also, if you shut everything down for weather like this, nothing gets done for at least four months. Buffalo's choice not to put a roof on the new stadium - still solidly crazy.

020

Not necessarily tougher, but definitely crazier.

210

azanknick.bsky.social @azanknick.bsky.social · 02/12/2024

For Buffalo in particular -yes. Yes, players can slip. They usually shovel at half time and will occasionally cancel or move games due to blizzard conditions.

I didn't learn it until I moved to AZ and couldn't understand why we didn't observe DST. The local history books covered it but it never made it into school curriculum.
