iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

It's been quiet, and part of that is that I forgot to mention that I'm doing #NaNoWriMo this year, and I'm already over 20,000 words in. I won't have a sharable story by the end but the experience has already changed the way I think about writing projects.

I swear I'm gonna write something worth reading someday.

Also concluded that I need to rewrite my last story too. Yay.

I meant to have another story written by the end of March. Now it's the end of July and I have 1/8th of a story written twice over and a huge list of philosophy books to read first. Fuck. How did I get here? 😭

I did something persona 5 related back here, but the actual gpose is pretty lacking I think. the UI stuff is fun though! There's lots of assets you can find online bsky.app/profile/ayam...

That makes a lot of sense. Depending on backstory, education in Garlemald is probably a lot more advanced and consistent overall than in Eorzea. Kei was actually illiterate until her late 20's. She managed by learning to recognize important symbols on hunting bills without knowing what they say 😆

It wasn't the worst, but it was a lot. Thankfully monsters are pretty easy to pose!

Song is "Omnia Lacrima" from FF XV, although it's more of a boss theme. My normal fight music for Kei is "Veiled in Black", also from FF XV. www.youtube.com/watch?v=QAaN...

I think I knocked this out in a few hours before bed. I had a good idea of what I was going for and fortunately a lot of things just clicked together nicely.

And a rare peek behind the curtain, because this one was particularly challenging for me at the time.
