Just received the Game Bub. Planning to have some fun over the weekend.

I heard we're in the middle of a CD revival. First CD I've bought since 2019.

I upgraded my two DualShock 4 to USB-C because they were the last controllers I had that required those awful micro USB connectors. It's a fairly simple modification that doesn't require soldering; just a bit of grinding is needed to allow the larger connector to fit.

My new WFH setup! (works on PC but the image quality is actually awful)

It seems like the best way to radicalize yourself for cheap these days is at your local supermarket. #milktherich #ミルクザリッチ

I finally managed to get my hands on a pair of Geofóns. Probably thanks to the DIY kit, which does not seem to be very popular (soldering and assembling was simple). Since I am in Japan, I want to try them for their intended purpose, i.e., recording seismic activity.

Geofón is a sensitive omnidirectional geophone adjusted for field recording purposes. Originally designed for seismic measurements, it can be used with regular field recording equipment to capture very faint vibrations in various materials and even soil.

Found this interesting collection of short stories by Eguchi Hisashi (江口寿史) from 1994 in a second-hand bookshop. One of the stories, called Pocky, really reminds me of ONE's Mob Psycho 100. Lots of similarities so I wonder if that was one of the inspirations 👀.
