A front-facing and half-body doodle of a masculine-presenting character who represents the artist. He has hair that is best described as a mullet with an overgrown front/sides. He is wearing large, square-framed glasses and bares a birthmark on the bottom of his left cheek. He has minimal facial hair on his upper lip and jawline.
The artwork is meant to be a literal visualizer on what a headache feels like for the artist, with there being messy lines on both sides of his skull - the left side being smaller than the right side. The right side has lines the erupt and splinter off. The facial expression implies that he's trying to obscure that he's feeling physical pain. The piece is mostly black and white with the occasional blue accent.

final update: roofus is out of surgery! he's currently on my bed resting up, i can only imagine how stressful the past few days have been for him. he does hate the cone, though. final commissions/donations plug for a while, sorry for flooding your timeline with them: ko-fi.com/axolotix/com...

Photo of Roofus, a male cat with a mostly white coat alongside splashes of tabby patterns. He has a buster cone around his neck as a result of undergoing two major surgeries - those being enucleation and castration - at the time of the photo being taken). 1/2

update: we managed to get some loans that cover roofus' surgeries! i'm super appreciative to those who shared my post around, thank you, genuinely. nobody's obliged to do so but donating a minimum of $2 or ordering a commission via ko-fi would still be heavily appreciated. ko-fi.com/axolotix/com...

noticed some buddies reusing their bluesky accounts and i figured that i should do the same, i mostly post on tumblr... maybe i'll post here more. sometimes i'll shit out a drawing.

fan art of garcello from hazy river by atsuover.... i think this guy is cool, awesome even.

fan art of otomachi una, a vocaloid 4 database (the fan art is of her "spicy" variant, containing hints of yellow and green). i think she's neat.

concept artwork for a project of mine. featuring one of my original characters, annie vinscanski. the text are lyrics to a song titled "uncanny" by ghost and pals. i think the song suits her being nicely.

my commissions are open. roofus, one of my cats, is currently at the vet and will be undergoing enucleation and castration. it's estimated to cost upwards of $1,720 AUD. we're sorting out ways to pay it all upfront, i just want to ensure we're somewhat stable afterwards. ko-fi.com/axolotix/com...

Two photos of a cat, mostly white with some tabby patterns, he has a brown nose. His name is Roofus. In both images, he has an eye-related injury, both showings of the injury are censored.
There is text accompanying the images: "photos of roofus pre-vet visit, both taken on january 4th, 2025." and "as of posting, he's going to stay at the vets overnight surgeries are most likely to be performed on the morning of january 8th, 2025."

real event. i got hot sauce for christmas.

A simplistic doodle of a masculine-presenting character. Said character is quite short. The doodle is formatted as a YouTube video with the comment section below, the comment states “0:21 me when I get hot sauce for Christmas”.

[FLASHING WARNING] - i'm alive, also here's proof that i haven't cancelled the video project. i simply wasn't a fan of the direction it was heading and chose to start the editing from scratch. here's a snippet of the video's intro.

this pose she hit at the end of shinjinrui was TOO cute to not redraw #マジカルミライ2024

A digital painting of a Kagamine Rin. A young girl with bright, sparkling, turquoise eyes and vibrant yellow hair. Her hair is styled in a white bow atop her head. She's wearing a sailor-style uniform, black with golden trim. Her uniform has a golden yellow bow on the chest area, and her legwarmers are black with a golden yellow trim on top. She's wearing white headphones with a yellow highlighted area. She looks super happy, maybe even a little excited, and her mouth is wide in a joyful expression. The background is a deep, rich black, and the original screenshot of Rin Kagamine in the concert is shown in the bottom left corner.

birthday. i am loving my gay chuddy life.

A black and white doodle of a masculine-presenting character. His haircut is best described as a grown out mullet. He has large glasses with square lenses, he has a distinctive birthmark on one side of his jawline. He is looking at the viewer nervously.
He is holding a slice of cake with a candle, the candle is blown out. The background is confetti. There is text at the bottom right corner, it reads the following: "I AM 20 YEARS OLD. I AM ALSO NOT REALLY A CAKE GUY."

❗ GRAPHIC CONTENT (FACIAL GORE) ❗ 🧠 SCATTERBRAINED 🧠 concept artwork for my project, titled disarray. the characters name is annie (she/it), she's the deuteragonist, a plot mechanism and a tragedy. she's my personal favourite from the main cast as i poured plenty of myself into her. #art #oc

A bust-shot digital art piece of a feminine-presenting character with shoulder-length, high volume, brown hair. She has three distinct eyelashes at her waterline on both eyes.
She is wearing a white long-sleeved button up shirt with a minimalist floral pattern alongside a black short-sleeve wool blazer. Half of the skin from her face ripped off, exposing the muscular system. She is actively bleeding. Her eyes are wide open, her irises are disorganized spirals with no colour.
She is actively crying and her expression is best described as shell-shocked. The background consists of a large spiral and lines that resemble veins - it is a muted red and black background. There is repeated text following one direction, said text being a singular word, "scatterbrained" written in all caps.

A masculine-presenting character eating a cardboard drink canister.

axol @axolotix.bsky.social · 02/11/2024

hello!?!?!?! HELLO!!!! i've still been slaving away on my dumb little video project. it's coming together better than i anticipated. i've also been working on a new account layout that will be present once completed. here's the banner - (subject to change). i'm working on a profile picture as well!

An orange and turquoise graphic design piece. The orange blobs teeter off to a pastel yellow around the edges. There are also bright orange waves present throughout the piece, somewhat reminiscent of the peripheral nervous system. There is also a spiral pattern ingrained which is not overly noticeable upon a glance.

best way to avoid these sorts of scams is to only accept payments either through a platform like vgen and ko-fi, or via paypal invoices. this will ensure you have scam protection. if they refuse to pay you through these methods, then it's because they don't want you to have scam protection!
