In the most productive way possible, I encourage everyone to use the internet as little as they can. Easy to say, hard to do, I know. My example is the Dictionary. I keep a paper dictionary near me, and use it more often than the digital one. No ads, or ad tracing from my paper dictionary.

I don't use auto correct. I spend too much time writing medieval fantasy stories where the names, locations, and objects could never be found in a dictionary. I wish I could use it, but I have to pick my battles. So, I live with a T-E-H spelling slipping in from time to time, and that's okay.

Some folks have dedicated call center teams, folks uptrained to handle specific accounts. People who call in the middle of the night always get mad that those teams aren't 24x7- No one else ever gets mad that people need sleep, only the entitled people. Most people are cool and understand.

I just spoke with an elderly couple who have been getting scammed by sham medical providers, fake bank associates, and false creditors. They receive endless spam phone calls, texts, and emails. Their SSNs must be in every database in the scamming world. We need new anti-scam laws.

I think I made a mistake, the best movie I watched last year for the first time was Pride & Prejudice (2005). Somehow I dodged it for 20 years, I'm not sure how. Watching it, I instantly fell in love with every aspect of it. It's really well acted, directed, scored, etc. Love it.
