Got out for a scoot, with the weather being spiffing recently, Canberra, west edge of the burb of Curtin. Discovered a treasure trove of parrot habitat, nearly every tree chock full of nest hollows, might be a top spot for a bit of bird photography 🫠 🤔 #canberra

Put out a new palette #acrylicpainting finally, not so motivated just recently. Made this mushroom , potato,+French onion soup, sweet paprika, turmeric, Italian herbs. Chickpeas, & barley round out the flavour profile 🫠 Then i added sound dim sum, shit i hope i haven't oversalted the lot 😐

Balloon spectacular! And it's pretty damn special it is, so cool. Over Canberra this morning 🌅, counted 20+, lost count. I saw a few landed, but a few- where the heck do all the rest go??? Just dissapear into a waiting truck in an instant? Ditch in the pine forest out of view? So wierd. 👍

Went for the first walk in ages yesterday evening, damn foot gas been playing up with a pressure callous or something. Rare sight here, white ibis out molonglo way, see straw necks flying over occasionally. And a very shiny black wasp 🫠Have to look that one up, feeding on those flowers by the looks

Scored some free jade plants, awesome!! Only thing I've been able to grow reliably is another crsssula ive got. And scored some dirt cheap stencil brushes, never used them. But I'm hoping to solve an issue with dabbing coverage . All very technical and painty you know. 🤨 #paintingtechnique

Came across these. Silicon oven mittens, absolutely fantastic! Not for the oven so much, but for my left hand, which has a degree of #lymphoedema .i was just putting a damn xl glass sandwich bag over it, aaaaand let me tell you, that sucks and is a rubbish solution. This, will work a treat 🫠@Coles

The painting I sold looks fantastic in the light of that area 🥹 came across a matching jug-mug to one I picked up over a year ago now I think, and it's still the only vessel I can use that won't sort of drip with the post op issues I have eating, a mad overbite essentially. Now,I have two! Perfect 😃
