@asarehman.bsky.social Larraz was putting in work tonight with his hustle. Seems like he's made it his mission to shut down those Berhalter comparisons

Remember when Axel said 2-3 transfers? Keep him at all costs #InAxelWeTrust

Lots of fans are asking "will Thomas Müller sign for the #vwfc '27 sprint season?" Meanwhile, the REAL fans know the truly important question that remains unanswered: Does Thomas Müller fancy a chocolate digestive?

Sabaly can be useful, but remember: - intl roster slot - $1.1m (!!!) rotation guy - 2g/1a in ~700 minutes - not nothing, but that's 17 shots with just 6 on target At his age / experience level, I’d expect him to have gelled much faster Cash in while his Euro experience still carries weight #vwfc

This game has gone off the rails and I love it #vwfc

Unfortunately, you don't always get to choose how to say goodbye in football 😭

Raise your hand if you overreacted to the Berhalter transfer news: ✋ Raise your hand again if you have a good reason to: ✋🥲 Good luck buddy. We'll keep supporting you no matter where you go #vwfc

We won a contest and the prize was a personal visit from the man himself

Lucky to have had a Caps legend, MLS all-star, and World Cup goal scorer in our home 🙏

But yes, it's better for him to do this now. It just stings. He's earned it and I will continue to follow him just as have continued following Ali at norwich

110

Timmy Cagg @axilla2.bsky.social · 23/07/2026

We knew it would happen, and I'm biased as well because when it's a player you love going for so little, it makes you upset with our club and with the receiving club too. MLS is viewed as a bargain bin. They don't understand his impact here - they just see a cheap, promising midfielder in lowly MLS

110

Timmy Cagg @axilla2.bsky.social · 23/07/2026

Totally fair. It's knowing that they could never get his full value now and *choosing that option* over just letting a guy they bought for $50k walk for free after a deep run in the playoffs and maybe even MLS Cup. It feels like they were playing with house money and took a lowball offer

Timmy Cagg @axilla2.bsky.social · 23/07/2026

I'm hoping #vwfc tacked on a nice sized sell-on with this Berhalter deal.

010

Timmy Cagg @axilla2.bsky.social · 23/07/2026

We all knew this moment was coming. I am 100% thrilled for Sebastian, we're massive fans of him. He totally has earned this while working harder than most to get it. But for #vwfc back office, I'm scratching my head at the numbers compared to other recent transfers to the championship. via Forbes

$2m for Seba?? We let him go for a measly $2m rather than losing him on a free with a better shot at MLS cup?? WHAT ARE WE DOING HERE. #vwfc

Like a neverending checklist that can never be completed

Timmy Cagg @axilla2.bsky.social · 17/07/2026

Nathanson is interesting... Knows soccer, has ties to MLS, and could grow viewership to surpass Liga MX in the US. Forget the global markets, it's a distraction -- they're not following after Messi, Müller, and Son leave

010

Timmy Cagg @axilla2.bsky.social · 17/07/2026

Well... At least the annual Berhalter Bowl is back on... assuming Seba is still here for the rescheduled date 😅

Holy shit. #Paraguay v #Turkiye. A battle of who could withstand the most suffering. What an insane marathon of pain. Shout out to Paraguay and King Cubas. I feel like we haven't seen a game like this yet in this #fifaworldcup

Will Ali be starting on the left with Davies / Shaff still questionable(?) Or will it be Nelson?

We all want Bombito to make it, but even *if* he can play more than 30 minutes, he's clearly still not fully fit. Do the right thing and bring Priso. Seems very short sighted to risk his long term health for a limited contribution.

Ryan Gauld waits in the shadows. He slowly stands up, cracks his knuckles, and approaches the pitch. He taps AZ on the shoulder. He looks scared and confused. "I'll take it from here" says Gauld. The crowd erupts. Thank you for reading my whitecaps fanfiction #vwfc #savethecaps

That was the best 1-1 draw I've seen in a while. Not our best football, but damn if this team didn't fight the whole 97 minutes. The road dogs are back #vwfc #savethecaps

Another meeting is happening between club, commissioner, and province in a few weeks, correct? Seems like an opportunity for the club to share their side or maybe even some good news? I imagine MLS would want control of the narrative if this was a Vegas announcement. #savethecaps

020

Timmy Cagg @axilla2.bsky.social · 28/04/2026

I understand the realities of where we are, and maybe I'm zooming out too much to be helpful. As it stands, culture is born from supporters, commodified by owners, scrutinized in spreadsheets, and clubs become collateral. #savethecaps

010

Timmy Cagg @axilla2.bsky.social · 28/04/2026

What we're seeing is a mechanism of the franchi$e model. When folks say "it's just business," they endorse a system where the fan comes last. Football's break from its working class roots (globally) is painful. In N. America, we are born into it, and our club may very well die in it #savethecaps

There is a rumour Axel was seen and photographed with a very serious investor who was also said to be at the game on Saturday. According to the source, that info/photo was shared with you. Can you confirm or deny? Sorry if this sounds like an interrogation - we just need any hope we can get.

Timmy Cagg @axilla2.bsky.social · 23/02/2026

Müller getting what he wanted perhaps? Not only do we not accept losing now, but we want big wins too! 😆 In all seriousness, I'm happy for the W and a big fat L for Miami to LAFC (who look frightening)

010

Timmy Cagg @axilla2.bsky.social · 14/02/2026

Müller was a perfect fit for Vancouver. Look at how much this man loves grass #vwfc

020

Timmy Cagg @axilla2.bsky.social · 06/02/2026

I'll add that my seats were the same price for '24 and '25, but have gone up 18% (~$200) - I can't speak for all but I could have stomached more than that considering the value and team performance, not to mention the joy this club has brought to us

010

Timmy Cagg @axilla2.bsky.social · 06/02/2026

1. Break records with the best season on record 2. Sign Thomas Müller 3. ????? 4. Profit

010

Timmy Cagg @axilla2.bsky.social · 06/02/2026

When we moved here, I was shocked at how cheap seats were compared to every other sports league. We bought season tickets immediately. After subtracting the cost of the free MLS streaming plan, it came to something like $50 total per game for my partner and I to sit in excellent seats.

210

Timmy Cagg @axilla2.bsky.social · 05/02/2026

can you get this list in front of Axel? @aftn.bsky.social 😅

Timmy Cagg @axilla2.bsky.social · 05/02/2026

I could be wrong, this area is not my expertise, but I think there's a lot of opportunity here to reasonably get to an additional ~$40M a year. #vwfc

6. More sponsored content on IG / Tiktok / YouTube. We absolutely should be having Thomas as a brand ambassador. His ability to attract social media sponsorship dollars exceeds the clubs. $2-5M year #vwfc
