Proving to be a pretty intense term. Teaching + taking a language class is adding ~15+ hours of obligation to my weekly schedule. 4 speaking engagements to prep for, thesis prospectus, PhD outreach and application materials, running a club with no training 😅 Busy! 🐝

I've ended up maxing out my credits for the term and I'm a little spooked by it cuz I'm also teaching a class for the first time on top of 2 formal courses, a language course, independent study credits, and an on-site archiving credit. 2 conferences and being club prez, too? BUSY!

I'm back from the woods. It was wonderful being out in nature, but I am so tired now. 30 degree nights, coyotes around camp almost every night, a huge lightning storm.... all in my tent 😅 This is the first time in 11 days all my appendages have been warm at the same time 🏕️
