The safety argument pisses me off the most as complete transparent bullshit. I went to a tiny school, with fewer than 100 graduates/yr. Even so, there were 2 cis girls in my class over 6'/200 lbs. They were'nt issues. Team captains, who were close to average height, though? Vicious "safety threats."

In my NH congressional district, Paige Beauchemin had $45k to Maggie Goodlander's outrageous $4M, but still won 20% of the vote. Is a great showing, but money in politics is depressing in so many axes. Think of all the problems we could solve with the money raised this election cycle alone.

I watched debates for tomorrow's NH primary and the moderator was obviously in the tank for Pappas and Goodlander, giving them additional discretionary time but not to Karishma Manzur or Paige Beauchemin, who also had to counter the rightwing framing of most questions. Voting is tomorrow.
