There are definitely Pros and Cons, and they thing I learned quickly is I can't do "everything" myself, so learning to rely on a team was crucial for success, but that doesn't mean I can't still do "most things" myself to ensure it gets done.

I fully agree that luck is just preparation and courage meeting opportunity. There are opportunities in all fields and careers, and we either advance through discomfort or stagnate in comfort. Getting comfortable with discomfort is the best life skill to have.
