I saw someone say that some people that claim to be readers don't actually like reading. I get it. They skip prologues, epilogues, only read dialogue, big words are ableist, and heaven forbid you describe a scent. They think two years is a problematic age gap, and hate men with blond hair? 🤷‍♀️

#LGBTQWriteAThon Did I write this just now? Yes. It's dumb because I'm writing a book that is literally called Dread Rising. Alas. Unus is the metal weapon that Ruby uses (she misheard Garrot calling it Anus because it was a pain in his arse, and it stuck)

And I felt the air stir, and a deep sense of foreboding washing over the world. Unus shook in my hand, as if it was worried. A new sensation tickled at my shoulder blades, as if itching to unleash itself.

In the UK, our degrees take three years, and we are not able to have a major/minor system like the US has. The only way to do more than one subject is to take a joint course such as English/History. Kinda sucks, though, because I'd have loved to have minored in something totally different
