This panel has stuck with me for years!! Kylux comics used to be soooooo gay😩 (they still are in some regard) but like goddamn, those artists knew what they were doing😮‍💨

Yessss!!!! Halloween Kylux!!! I LOVE the contrast of red and purple on this one. I swear every new piece just gets more impressive I don’t know how you do it.

Like how so? I’ve never read this comic so I genuinely like to hear peoples thoughts on it. I think about this panel all the time, but to be honest, don’t know the context lol😅

It’s funny too cause on Twitter about a year ago the cover artist came forward and said that LF was unhappy with the cover and how it was drawn. I remember messaging him and saying that they were so wrong, cause this is my fav cover out of the entire series….

Absolutely, which is why I think he jokes about it. I’m an only child so I don’t fully understand how sibling relationships work so unfortunately I can’t speak much on it from that perspective but we have to hope!

130

AvengerKat @avengerkat.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

I also don’t think this will deter DG to still stay in the SW bubble if he is still talking about it. This also has been a lot worse in other fandoms and we haven’t had any harassment issues in a long time. Just my thoughts and feeling on character/actor relationships if anyone was interested😅

130

AvengerKat @avengerkat.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

I’ve always had a big issue with people showing actors their characters in nsfw settings with their costars. If the actor actively seeks it out it’s ok, but when it’s without consent or explanation, I do feel like it does change the actors perception on the franchise and their fans.

AvengerKat @avengerkat.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

I’m actually shocked he brought this up again…I think he originally brought it up during TLJ press but I could be wrong. On one hand, it’s cool to have our fandom as a lasting presence BUT…

Yes! And I know people kinda get pissed because it’s such a stark difference of look between the two movies, but I find it so enjoyable. So many great versions of Hux going through the horrors😌

Am I the only one legitimately not excited for this new trilogy…Like Disney you won’t even focus on the one you finished less than 10 years ago, maybe let’s not make the same mistakes again😒 Unless Bryce Dallas Howard is directing then I’m sold

Thank you, and it’s just unfortunate too because I do my best to only post work that is official with him in it, but it makes me really sad when people start to think something is AI, especially something I post. Always want to try to get a positive reaction out of people, instead of the opposite😞

120

AvengerKat @avengerkat.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

Some people pointed out that his outfit was drawn incorrectly, as well as some of the proportions on the body itself are not the best drawn. It just makes me disappointed because a couple people thought it was AI, and unfortunately, I couldn’t find anything to either confirm or deny this😞

AvengerKat @avengerkat.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

Also sorry everyone, haven’t looked as closely at this official SWU art as I should have to realize why people don’t like it so I’ll make sure to no longer post it. I do these for the community and I only want to use images that make us appreciate Hux and how he is depicted. Promise to do better!

Someone on Tumblr made a post about Mitaka/Opan and now I can’t stop thinking about them🫪 The age gap, both very close to Hux/FO, Opan being the stoic quiet type while Mitaka is a little scared yet has more energy, the angst potential😩GOOD GOD!

AvengerKat @avengerkat.bsky.social · 16/09/2026

So true, and it’s just so frustrating because you can see how sometimes rushed the actual story is compared to when looking at past shows with more than 10 episodes. It doesn’t hold as strong for me compared to others, which sucks when I wanna really get into it 😞
