I'm upset to hear about plans to develop Kilvey Hill in Abertawe/Swansea into a tourist attraction. As a tourist to the area, my hike up to the top of the hill through this lush and quiet green space was a cherished part of my trip. It is a place of beauty and peace. Here are some photos I took:

Shoutout to the bookseller at my indie kindly calling other shops when I realized they had reserved a (rare) unsigned copy and were sold out of the signed. A presumed Nerdfighter at bookshop #2 was holding a copy and was about to go to bookshop #1 to look for another book! So their sales evened out💜

"gay and rights" it's so glaringly obvious that they erased the word trans. But they missed a few here. Every other trace of the word trans or the T in the acronym has been wiped. Several pages are closed down. I wonder how long it'll be before just get rid of the photos of Marsha and Sylvia.

And! The frostweed in December bloom, before the ice ribbons. Now I know these are the same plant.

Here are a few of my frostweed ice pics from last Jan~ I didn't know what this was until today, so thanks for explaining! One of my unidentified plants—solved!

I am holding a chunk of ice that is layered like a good pastry. It glows, backlit by the sun.
