And in the annals of junk science on abortion, we have this dreck, co-authored by a woman doctor who said in a Congressional hearing that 9-year-olds can safely give birth: www.autonomynews.co/new-white-ho...
screenshot from Autonomy News:
Babe, wake up, new fake paper on abortion dropped! Groups that want the FDA to force people to travel to clinics to get abortion pills are rallying behind a “peer-reviewed article” claiming that the agency lacked the required evidence to allow telehealth prescriptions of mifepristone. But this paper appears in a notorious journal run by an anti-abortion organization called the Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine, the coalition of physician groups that tried and failed to force the FDA take mifepristone off the market in a 2022 lawsuit. It’s the same journal that published a bogus “study” claiming mifepristone is in the drinking water of three U.S. cities. One of the co-authors is Dr. Ingrid Skop, an anti-abortion activist who said in a Congressional hearing that 9-year-olds can safely give birth.

Pro-abortion survey claims funds are drying up...
The Details:
Surveying Abortion Providers
The data comes from a new survey of abortion providers analyzed by the pro-abortion Autonomy News (AN) which is self-described as "a new worker-owned reproductive rights and justice publication co-founded by Garnet Henderson and Susan Rinkunas," who "do not subscribe to traditional ideas about 'journalistic objectivity.”

Plus, Wednesday marks the 50th anniversary of the racist, classist Hyde Amendment. It’s a budget rider that, for many, rendered the protections of Roe v. Wade as just words on a page: www.autonomynews.co/tennessee-ag...
Screenshot from Autonomy News:

Wednesday marks the 50th anniversary of the racist, classist Hyde Amendment, which banned federal funds from being used to cover abortion care in the Medicaid health insurance program for low-income people. Medicaid enrollees are disproportionately Black, Indigenous, and Latina. Hyde has never been codified into a standalone law; it's a rider that has been attached to federal spending bills since 1976, including in years when Democrats controlled Congress and the White House. Just months after Hyde first went into effect, a 27-year-old single mother named Rosie Jimenez died. She had previously been able to use her Medicaid benefits to obtain safe abortion care, but was forced to seek care from an unsafe provider because of Hyde. Over time, the policy has been expanded to apply to every federally funded health program, including the Children's Health Insurance Program, the Indian Health Service, Tricare-the health insurance program for active duty military members-and health coverage programs for federal employees.

Trump pledged in the letter to nominate anti-abortion justices to the Supreme Court. That was supposed to be a long-term play, but then Trump got to install three justices in his first term who used a Mississippi law to overturn Roe v. Wade in 2022. sbaprolife.org/home/trump-o...

Dear Pro-Life Leader:
I am writing to invite you to join my campaign’s Pro-Life Coalition, which is being spearheaded by longtime leader Marjorie Dannenfelser.
As we head into the final stretch of the campaign, the help of leaders like you is essential to ensure
that pro-life voters know where I stand, and also know where my opponent, Hillary Clinton, stands.
Hillary Clinton not only supports abortion on-demand for any reason, but she’d take it a step further:
she wants to force the taxpayers to pay for abortions by repealing the bi-partisan Hyde Amendment.
Hillary Clinton also supports abortion until an hour before birth. And she will only appoint Supreme
Court justices who share this view.
She doesn’t even try to hide her extremism. When asked on Meet the Press when unborn children
have constitutional rights, Clinton bluntly responded, “The unborn person doesn’t have constitutional
rights.” She is so committed to this view that she proclaimed in a speech that “religious beliefs…
have to be changed” in order to advance her abortion agenda.
Hillary Clinton’s unwavering commitment to advancing taxpayer-funded abortion on-demand stands
in stark contrast to the commitments I’ve made to advance the rights of unborn children and their
mothers when elected president.
I am committed to:
*Nominating pro-life justices to the U.S. Supreme Court.
*Signing into law the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, which would end painful
late-term abortions nationwide.
*Defunding Planned Parenthood as long as they continue to perform abortions, and re-allocating their funding to community health centers that provide comprehensive health care
for women.
*Making the Hyde Amendment permanent law to protect taxpayers from having to pay for
abortions.
Your help is crucial to make this contrast clear in the minds of pro-life voters, especially those in
battleground states. Together we can form this vital coalition so that Mike Pence and I can be
advocates for the unborn an…

Justice Elena Kagan asked the legal parents to respond by Friday 9/18. ADF just filed an emergency request claiming parents are trying to take their son out of the Texas hospital and home to California. Surrogate asks to pause CA parentage order by 1pm Tuesday www.supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/26...

M.W.,
Applicant,
v.
SUPERIOR COURT OF CALIFORNIA, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, N.G., AND O.A.,
Respondents.
----------------------------
To the Honorable Elena Kagan,
Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States
and Circuit Justice for the Ninth Circuit
----------------------------
EMERGENCY SUPPLEMENTAL BRIEF REGARDING
REQUEST FOR ADMINISTRATIVE STAY
----------------------------
Applicant M.W. hereby submits this emergency supplemental brief to apprise the Court of intervening developments that heighten the urgency of her request for an administrative stay of the California judgment at issue in this Application. M.W. explained in her application that relief was urgently needed because Respondents N.G. and O.A. could attempt to remove Baby G. from the hospital as soon as September 17, 2026. However, that date appears to have been too conservative, and **an administrative stay is now needed by 1:00 EST tomorrow.**
M.W. learned today that just after this Court requested a response from the Commissioning Parties by September 18, 2026, the guardian ad litem in the Texas court filed an emergency motion to immediately modify that court’s order for life-saving care described in the Application. That motion, which the Commissioning Parties appear to have joined, requests that the Texas court immediately permit the...

Four years after Dobbs, it’s nothing short of miraculous that people are not only still able to access abortion, but that the number of abortions has increased. But that bump is mostly due to greater availability of abortion pills by mail, and access to care is much more tenuous than it might seem
Like everything else, the cost of travel is on the rise. Sueyoshi said that patients are telling clinics and funds they can’t afford to drive out of state because of the price of gas. Others have shared that, once they arrived, they picked up ride-sharing shifts to earn some quick cash, she said. Abortion seekers who struggle to pay often have to delay their care, which can make it more expensive. After the first trimester, the cost of abortion care increases significantly.

Clinics, which don’t want to turn people away, respond by offering discounts—but their base prices often don’t cover the cost of the care to begin with. Because related expenses like travel, childcare, and lodging have increased in recent years, “many clinics have really resisted raising their prices,” Nall said. “When we look at this beautiful but band-aid network of grassroots funds covering procedures, that's not covering the clinic's cost fully and operationally.” The burdens patients face essentially get transferred onto the balance sheets of clinics. At the same time, donations are drying up. One survey respondent, Utah Abortion Fund, said “we rely heavily on individual donors, but when they are also having to decide between food and rent, it becomes unsustainable.” DC Abortion Fund said, “we've seen a major decrease in recurring donors. The long term impact on that budget will be tough to manage without new sources of funding, which we struggle to find.ˮ

Meanwhile, philanthropy is increasingly interested in advocacy over direct service, Beatriz Williams said. “A lot of funders have changed priorities,” she said. “They prefer to fund advocacy or organizing, and more systems-change level work, which is so desperately needed.”

“We're very grateful for their support for those areas,” she added, but “we know people need abortions today.”

Also in our weekly roundup: Texas abortion funds will ask a conservative-stacked appeals court for protection from state prosecution for helping people get legal abortions in other states. www.autonomynews.co/fda-pick-cal...
Autonomy News screenshot:
Next Monday, six Texas-based abortion funds and one physician will argue at the ultraconservative Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals that they should be able to sue state officials to ensure they won’t be prosecuted for helping people get legal, out-of-state abortions. The funds were concerned they could be investigated under pre-Roe abortion bans, which criminalize anyone who performs or “furnishes the means for” an abortion with sentences of two to 10 years in prison. The funds won a partial injunction against local prosecutors throughout the state in 2023, preventing them from enforcing the bans. But last year, the court dismissed the prosecutors from the case as defendants, leaving the organizations without protections.

The case has implications far beyond abortion care: Because the court presides over Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas, its decision here will determine whether people and organizations in these three states can challenge what they believe to be an unconstitutional state law before they’re prosecuted under it. The following day, September 1, will mark five years since most abortions halted in Texas under the “bounty hunter” ban known as Senate Bill 8 (SB 8). The Supreme Court refused to block the law even though Roe was still on the books.

"They don’t care about women having babies: They care about young women—teenagers even—having babies." - @danasuss.bsky.social on the right-wing freakout over AOC www.autonomynews.co/its-never-re...
Autonomy News screenshot:
They don’t care about women having babies: They care about young women—teenagers even—having babies. This distinction is critically important. Because when young women have babies, they will be less likely to go to college, less likely to become financially independent, less likely to have a life unmoored from men. This would bring us closer to the world envisioned in Project 2025 and the Heritage Foundation’s latest screed: Saving America by Saving the Family. This agenda is evident in the Trump administration’s efforts to end funding for teen pregnancy prevention, an enormously successful, decades-long bipartisan effort that has reduced the teen pregnancy rate to unparalleled lows. They don’t want to prevent teen pregnancy; they are encouraging it.

It's the first time the largest US anti-abortion organization publicly endorsed this interpretation of Comstock, signaling that a once-fringe reading of the dormant law has gone mainstream in the movement—and that antis are coming for more than just abortion pills www.autonomynews.co/a-big-deal-t...
Autonomy News screenshot:
The letter [that SBA Pro-Life signed] was sent by Advancing American Freedom (AAF), a right-wing political advocacy group founded by former Vice President Mike Pence in 2021. It urges Attorney General Todd Blanche to review a 2022 opinion from the DOJ’s Office of Legal Counsel (OLC), which provides legal advice to the president and federal agencies. Under former President Joe Biden, the OLC determined that the Comstock Act—which bans the shipment of “obscene” items, including drugs and devices that could be used for abortion—does not prohibit mailing abortion pills so long as the sender doesn’t intend for them to be used “unlawfully.”

While the AAF letter refers to “abortion drugs,” it argues that Comstock bans mailing any article or thing that can be used for abortions. This sweeping contention could outlaw mailing medications used for abortion—including mifepristone and misoprostol—as well as devices and other supplies sent to brick-and-mortar abortion clinics. These same drugs, devices, and supplies are also used for routine obstetric care, including miscarriage management and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Other signatories include Americans United for Life (AUL) and Students for Life of America. The letter was exclusively reported by the far-right Washington Examiner.

An activist said Tuesday was "kill day" at RISE Collective, an all-trimester clinic run by former staff of Boulder Abortion Clinic, which long opponents targeted. Boulder Police said protestors asked to pray for the officers but knows how it may be "perceived" www.autonomynews.co/cops-prayed-...
Autonomy News screenshot 1 of 2:

After Tuesday’s protest, White Rose Colorado shared photos showing two police officers appearing to lower their heads in prayer with Bateman. The group captioned the post: “This is the 3rd Tuesday in a row that law enforcement has been called on us, but they have been very friendly and this week even stopped and prayed with us for a bit.”

[embed of instagram post showing Sean Bateman holding his hat and lowering his head in prayer on a sidewalk. Two uniformed officers stand in from of him doing the same.Autonomy News screenshot 2 of 2:

Dionne Waugh, a public information officer for the Boulder Police Department, told the Colorado Times Recorder that BPD recognized the prayer may not have seemed impartial. Waugh said BPD investigated Bateman’s online statements and “found nothing that violated the law,” but that an officer and a sergeant went to the clinic to speak with staff and protestors “to ensure everyone’s legal rights were protected and individuals were safe.” She added that BPD has a "professional relationship" with the RISE staff and “shared good communication with this clinic for years, especially given the safety concerns they’ve experienced.” Waugh also explained the circumstances of the prayer:

[block quote]
“As the officers were leaving, some of the protestors asked if they could say a general prayer for the safety of the officers out of respect for the dangerous job they do. The officers said yes then left. We believe strongly in impartiality and having the appearance of impartiality. We recognize how this could have been perceived when taken out of context. We will be addressing this internally.”

Autonomy News asked Waugh via email what it meant for the department to address the issue internally, and she initially responded, “we believe that speaks for itself.” We also asked if the department would create guidance on whether officers should pray with the subjects of a complaint. “We don’t have any further to add beyond that we’re addressing it,” Baugh said.

Here's look at some of what we did in our first year, with just two people who took on other freelance work to help pay the bills. Support our fearless journalism today: www.autonomynews.co/one-year-of-...
screenshot from Autonomy News' first anniversary post:
Planned Parenthood tried to publicly discredit our reporting, calling the facts in our story an “outright lie.” We stood by our work, which wasn’t easy to do as a brand new outlet. Months later, they admitted we were right. When one Planned Parenthood affiliate did temporarily stop providing abortions, we were the first to report it—though not all the larger outlets that picked up the story credited us.

We’ve continued our unflinching journalism. For example, we were the first outlet to report on a worker strike that shut down the country’s largest abortion fund for a day, and that a pro-choice group in Utah considered boosting Republican candidates. We’ve covered stories and angles that other outlets miss, like new restrictions on the birth control implant, how the Trump administration’s attacks on gender-affirming care could spell danger for abortion pills, and why access to mifepristone isn’t safe in the long run. We’ve approached cases of pregnancy criminalization with a level of humanity and accuracy too often missing from news coverage. And we’ve published major investigations that would have been tackled by big teams at any other outlet.

We’ve also sent out 52 weekly news roundups that allow people to stay informed with just one email per week. Finally, we’re honored to have become a destination for op-eds and book excerpts as feminist news outlets disappear.

Autonomy News reported in April that artificial intelligence had emerged as a sticking point in contract negotiations between management and the National Abortion Hotline Union, organized with the Washington-Baltimore News Guild. Specifically, workers said they asked that management agree to negotiate with the union prior to implementing any AI technology that could result in members losing their jobs. This proposal already represented a significant compromise on the workers’ side, a union spokesperson told Autonomy News: Initially, the union asked to bargain over any implementation of AI technology that would “substantially affect our workflow and patient care more broadly.”

“We have made tremendous concessions despite our concerns,” wrote the spokesperson, who didn’t want to be identified for fear of retaliation. **“We are not asking for a ban on new technology. But workers at NAF's National Abortion Hotline worry these patients could lose the human-to-human support they receive from the hotline. In ongoing contract negotiations, the workers' union said, NAF management has refused to commit to not replacing trained case workers with AI.
“Our position as a unit is that we do not think it is right for abortion providers and seekers to have to interface with AI in the place of speaking with a knowledgeable and supportive team member,” the representative continued. “We hear from callers every day that they are grateful to reach a human, that we are the first person or the only person they have felt safe to talk to. Patient stories shared with Autonomy News by the National Abortion Federation show how access to abortion—especially when provided discreetly and affordably via telemedicine—can help people escape abuse.
“I need to do this as discreetly as possible,” wrote a 26-year-old from Mississippi. “I’m in a relationship that I’m trying to safely get out of and I can’t be pregnant while I do it. I can’t have a baby with him. I can’t have another baby, period.”

“My husband raped me when I asked for a divorce and impregnated me in an attempt to get me to stay,” wrote a 25-year-old in Texas. “He doesn’t know and he can’t know or I can’t divorce him. He is financially controlling so I don’t have a lot of money at this time. Thank you.”A 29-year-old in South Carolina wrote that she “just left a domestic violence situation with the father of all the kids.” Three weeks after her abusive partner was incarcerated, she found out she was pregnant. “I was a stay-at-home mom for 7 years and have literally just started getting all the bills caught up and figuring out life,” she said. “I have no idea how to even afford this right now but I cannot have another. I have extremely difficult pregnancies and end up hospitalized almost every time and don’t have a support system to help.”

A 31-year-old also from Texas said that she had just left an abusive relationship she was “stuck” in for three years. “He forced three pregnancies on me as of now,” she said, explaining that she already had two children under two years old, and was pregnant again. “My body has not healed. I have not healed and I will not have another baby by this man,” she wrote. “He is an abuser and I will not let him have control over me or my body any longer. He physically abused me while I carried the previous two.”

Conservative activists are trying to divide voters based on far-right talking points about evidence-based medical care. It’s a tactic they used to pass abortion restrictions that resulted in the fall of Roe v. Wade. www.autonomynews.co/missouri-rep...
Autonomy News screenshot 1/2:
Abortion rights are straightforwardly popular, while transgender healthcare remains less so. The GOP appears eager to take advantage of that fact. Anti-abortion activists have tried to get people to vote against protective reproductive rights ballot measures by claiming they would legalize gender-affirming care without parental consent. Activists trotted this tactic out in Ohio in 2023, and Missouri and New York in 2024. Thankfully, it failed each time. But now conservatives are attempting the inverse: using opposition to this care to force through a ban on abortion.

Missouri Republicans know voters wouldn’t approve an abortion ban worded as such, so they’re asking them to ban something else that’s already illegal. Steven Rogers, an assistant professor of political science at St. Louis University and director of the SLU/YouGov poll, told the Missouri Independent that, based on the results, he expects proponents to emphasize the gender-affirming care ban. “I think the fight that we’re going to see in the airwaves and in the rhetoric from the people supporting the amendment is really going to be about gender-affirming care, even though, by statute, it’s not going to make an effective change,” Rogers said.Autonomy News screenshot 2/2:
Abortion rights supporters must now get the word out that a “yes on 3” this fall would ban almost all abortions—even though "yes on 3" was the pro-choice position just two years ago. If conservatives succeed, it will be because they lied about what their measure will do, while trying to change the subject to something less popular.

Republicans are trying to divide voters based on far-right talking points about evidence-based medical care. It’s a tactic they used to pass abortion restrictions that resulted in the fall of Roe v. Wade, and they’re now hoping that voters’ apparent willingness to abandon trans children and their families will result in an abortion ban.

Georgia police arrested a woman for murder last week after she reportedly told hospital staff that she had a misoprostol abortion. But a district attorney said in 2015 that the legislature would have to affirmatively allow criminal charges against pregnant people: www.autonomynews.co/georgia-cops...
Autonomy News screenshot 1/2:
Dougherty County district attorney Greg Edwards dropped the murder charge before ever presenting the case to a grand jury for indictment. Edwards said in a statement that his office concluded after “thorough legal research” that Georgia law doesn’t permit prosecution of women “for any alleged acts relating to the end of her pregnancy.” He added that state lawmakers would have to pass a law definitively allowing such charges.

Farah Diaz-Tello, senior counsel and legal director at the reproductive justice organization If/When/How, said the 2015 murder charge was correctly dropped, and that Georgia law on this matter remains the same—even after the abortion ban took effect. Autonomy News screenshot 2/2:
“The law does not make it a crime to take misoprostol, and the law hasn't changed. It is still not a crime to take misoprostol. Law enforcement was wrong then, and law enforcement is wrong now,” Diaz-Tello told Autonomy News. “No one should ever face arrest or jail time for how their pregnancy ends. This woman should be met with compassion, but instead she is in jail, separated from her family, and her life is being treated as the latest headline.”

It appears it’s too much to ask for police not to file wrongful charges, but a district attorney previously dismissed a case almost exactly like this one. State law requires them to do it again.

As @amylittlefield.bsky.social reports, Dickson's “Sanctuary City for the Unborn” ordinances proved the legal framework that was used to ban abortion at about six weeks across Texas in 2021—months before the fall of Roe. www.autonomynews.co/40-year-old-...
It was Election Day 2024 and I was trafficking an unborn child across North Texas. That is, I was driving from Dallas to Amarillo while five weeks pregnant, an act that the chinstrap-bearded anti-abortion activist Mark Lee Dickson would deem “abortion trafficking of an unborn child”—if I was on my way to an abortion clinic.

Instead, I was on my way to a polling place in the Texas panhandle to meet Dickson, the Johnny Appleseed of the anti-abortion movement, a 40-year-old virgin who had spent the past five years traveling through Texas and beyond in a button-down shirt, black backward baseball cap, and sneakers, sowing the poison fruits of anti-abortion innovation. His “Sanctuary City for the Unborn” ordinances proved the legal framework that was used to ban abortion at about six weeks across Texas in 2021. The Supreme Court allowed the ban to take effect in what turned out to be a preview of the murder of Roe v. Wade.

That's right, we're pro-abortion

"One pro-abortion [news outlet] specified some of the allegations from staff, which included that Akposé wanted Planned Parenthood to talk about abortion less, that she didn’t use staff’s “correct” pronouns, and that she wanted to make a statement when Charlie Kirk was assassinated."

Experts expressed concern about the agency's lack of transparency.
Given the FDA’s history, and a lack of clarity around its purported safety concerns with Nexplanon, some question why an additional layer of regulation is necessary.

“The most important thing is transparency,” Jeanlus said. “Regulatory safeguards should match real-world risk and should never create unnecessary barriers to highly effective, evidence-based contraception. As a doctor, my priority is to protect patient safety and patient access. Those two goals must always move together—not in opposition.”

This could be an area for advocacy, Paradise suggested. “Maybe there needs to be a new requirement that the FDA has to release that new safety data” to justify a decision like the one it’s made with Nexplanon, she said.

The FDA asked a judge to pause litigation over mifepristone until it completes a safety review of the drug—a review activists pressured it to undertake. Trump's worried about impeachment and aides think turning off moderates is riskier than angering conservatives www.autonomynews.co/trump-is-pla...
screenshot from Autonomy News:
The fact that, for now, the FDA is asking to preserve the status quo is important. The White House seems to believe it’s a bigger risk to alienate moderate voters than it is to upset abortion opponents who will likely vote Republican no matter what. Anonymous aides have said as much in response to anti-abortion groups threatening to withhold get-out-the-vote-efforts. The administration doesn't want any changes to abortion pill access before the midterms, when Republicans are expected to lose control of the House, and possibly lose seats in the Senate.

Loss of the House would ensure that Democrats impeach Trump again. The president knows it, and he has even tied his fate to abortion. When speaking to Republican House members earlier this month, Trump explicitly invoked this threat. “If we don't win the midterms, it's just going to be—I mean, they'll find a reason to impeach me. I'll get impeached," Trump said. It was during that meeting that he told lawmakers they needed to be "flexible" on the anti-abortion Hyde Amendment when it came to Affordable Care Act insurance plans, drawing the ire of anti-abortion groups.

In June, the reproductive rights journalists Garnet Henderson and Susan Rinkunas launched Autonomy News, a worker-owned independent publication covering abortion, birth control and gender-affirming care. In June, they published a scoop about Planned Parenthood, the US’s largest abortion provider, considering letting its affiliates abandon abortion care to keep Medicaid funding (the organization called the report “false” before confirming it three months later). In October, they published a collaboration with Mother Jones on the legal fight over abortion pill “reversal” claims, which was cited at the annual conference of the Society of Family Planning.

An anti-abortion prosecutor presented this charge to a grand jury despite an explicit exception in state law. She later withdrew the charge—but after news stories parroted police narratives telling readers the woman could face life in prison or the death penalty www.autonomynews.co/journalists-...
Autonomy News screenshot:
On Wednesday morning, the state’s attorney filed to dismiss the fetal homicide charge, but only after presenting it to a grand jury which indicted the woman on charges of fetal homicide, tampering with physical evidence, abuse of a corpse, and a new charge of concealing the birth of an infant, according to jail records. The prosecutor, Miranda King—who campaigned as a Democrat—openly admitted she opposes abortion. "I sought this job with the intention of being a pro-life prosecutor but must do so within the boundaries allowed by the Kentucky State law I'm sworn to defend," King said in a statement to press. "I will prosecute the remaining lawful charges fully and fairly." A Kentucky State Police spokesperson told Autonomy News it had discussed the investigation with King’s office before charges were filed.

Final days $13,000 left to raise!

What we shared on Instagram: Not quite seven months ago, we launched Autonomy News with a powerful vision: Well-sourced, critical reporting that doesn’t exploit workers behind the scenes. A publication built on the awareness that bodily autonomy isn’t a niche issue, but a defining one in all our lives. Worker-owned journalism that holds all power to account, even when it’s inconvenient.

Your support so far—which lifted us past our initial $50,000 fundraising goal—confirms that you believe in this vision, too. Now in these final days of the year, we have just $13,000 left to raise to hit our stretch goal of $75,000. Your gift will help us pay ourselves a living wage, and keep our work sustainable in 2026.

We’re 82% of the way to our end-of-year fundraising goal and we thought people should know that we have goodies ready to mail to folks who give enough to be listed on our site autonomy-news.monkeypod.io/give/support...
Photo of two branded merch items hanging on the knob of a white door. The first is a kelly green baseball hat with the Autonomy News logo printed i lime green. The second is a black tote bag printed with our “bad stork” design. It’s a Victorian postcard showing a woman with a parasol swatting away a stork trying to bring her a baby. The red text underneath says “and the villain still pursues her” and our logo is below that in white.
Donors who hit our disclosure minimum ($1,000 and tax deductible in the US) will get *both* the hat and the bag. For transparency, we already have three donors who’ve given that much or more
