Ran my first 5K and attended a rave at the same time. Pretty cool event by Night Nation Run. The course weaved through Lumen Field (go Seahawks), the music was bumpin and we were vibin.

Why is cute underwear so much more expensive than plain underwear? Especially when there's such a difference in the amount of actual material? Same goes for shorts. The smaller they are, the higher the cost. What gives?! At least socks seem pretty consistent across the board. 🙏🧦

I was hit yesterday by one of those infamous fake phishing emails at work, followed by a separate email, congratulating me that I passed the "training simulation" after I reported it. And, just...setting a trap for your employees like this is such a bad look for a company.

Something cool about getting older is that I grow increasingly more comfortable with losing people who I feel aren't decent or acting in good faith. I used to worry over accusations of being easily offended. But I see more clearly as I age that the things I take offense to are truly deplorable.
