I’m always thinking I’m normal about my cat but yesterday he got lethargic and refused food after his vaccines (which is a normal side effect) and I let him sleep next to me the whole night and this morning I’m crying bc why do pets have to get older why must we mourn them longer than we know them—

when revising a book gets difficult I highly recommend making a list of the edits you need to make. it sometimes makes revisions easier but mostly this way you get to procrastinate while telling yourself you're doing essential work
