I tend to run into the opposite problem--overthinking and extensive planning outside of the prompt's scope. But that's probably just a me problem. I write really bad prompts.

Is there any scenario you can imagine "use as many tokens as possible" makes real world sense? Even if you have unlimited tokens, I don't see why you would encourage that. Maybe something like, "don't be afraid to use as many tokens as necessary to complete this task!"
