It's finally out! Aura Wielders: Citadel, my debut novel. A year ago it was a pile of words in my walk-in closet. Now it's a real book. Hell of a ride. Thanks to everyone who put up with me all year. 99 cents for launch week, free on Kindle Unlimited: www.amazon.com/dp/B0H1BL1T47

Got asked in an interview how I became a writer and ended up telling the true version: my mother died last October, I took one day, and on Nov 2 I sat down and started the book. mcrex29.wixsite.com/bookish-creatives/post/interview-with-b-dalton-author-of-the-aura-wielders-series

I spent so long staring at this manuscript in Scrivener that I still find it a little surreal that Aura Wielders: Citadel is actually coming out in September. BTW, giving away 50 ebooks + 4 signed hardcovers here: app.thestorygraph.com/giveaways/41823317-6dea-4136-87e2-7bb72920cf0c

A reviewer gave my debut 10/10 this week and called it "a must-read fantasy novel." Still a little stunned over here. Free review copies if you want to read it before launch: aurawielders.com/arc/ Preorder here, or the hardback is out now: www.amazon.com/dp/B0H1BL1T47

First professional review is in: 4/5 from Reedsy Discovery. "Loved it! ... The plot is complex without becoming convoluted." I wrote AURA WIELDERS: CITADEL in a walk-in closet. I had to go sit down for a minute. Read it early, free: aurawielders.com/arc #IndieAuthor #PortalFantasy #SFF
