Good question & I have no idea :) To be fair, I can’t do that exercise but feel safe enough to let go with certain people that I trust implicitly… so I’d venture to guess that while related, it wouldn’t completely rule out the ability to let go. It is likely circumstantial or depends on the person.

hi gentle reminder that whether you wrote 10 words or 3k words in day a week a month etc it's still so valid and counts. Writing is a process and it's okay if it takes time or takes some breaks sometimes.
