I suppose it will come as a shock to you, but Daylight Saving Time is not universally used. DST is an old idea that hasn't been useful since the widespread adoption of outdoor lighting, and it's use has been diminishing for decades.

You can't blame them for not wanting to pay income tax. I don't want to, either. That doesn't excuse them from paying income tax, or give them the right not to. A big-shot like Musk should be paying a marginal tax rate close to 50%. Certainly not a cent less than 25%.
