The Blood of Dawnwalker… I cannot decide if I love this game or not. It feels a bit too open world at the start for a world, the directional combat has been difficult to learn, but I have been loving the vrakhir abilities and now that I’ve mostly gotten the hang of combat, I’m kinda hooked.

Lyla Fujiwara also spoke on how spoilery the Mistborn Legacy adventure is. Answer: The Era 1 section takes place among the events of the second Mistborn original trilogy book, Well of Ascension, and the Era 2 portion being within the time between books 3 and 4, Bands of Mourning and The Lost Metal.🕰️

Question: How spoilery is the campaign? I want to run it with some friends that would be a mix of never read mistborn, planning on reading it, and has read it. Obviously with Era 2 some aspects of that will inevitably spoil some Era 1 stuff but beyond that.
Lyla Fujiwara: Era 1 of the campaign occurs during the events of Well of Ascension, so it has major spoilers for all of Era 1 (plot points in Well of Ascension either happen in the background or get major screen time in the adventure). The Era 2 portion is 345 PC, which matches the time period of the Mistborn World Guide (this is between The Bands of Mourning and The Lost Metal). Era 2 spoilers are minor; things like there being a minor Malwish chocolatier NPC in one of the scenes.

If your players don't want Mistborn Era 1 spoiled, they should read the first two books before starting the campaign and then Hero of Ages before you jump into Era 2.
