Oh yeah I'm back on my cooking bullshit. Made gravlax, a cured salmon dish. Using beetroots, salt, and other aromatics. It came out SO good, look at the coloration!

Wild grains and rice next to some pieces of salmon. The outer edges are beet red and it quickly fades to a more standard salmon color
