iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

Gives me hope not just for my story but that if we can invest more in places like this as a society then we can make it easier for people to form and find community. Idk if I'm thinking too altruistic or whatever but the hope for the future is nice

Grounds For Sculpture is a Level II Accredited Arboretum, and that's a whole thing I didn't know was a thing until recently. Absolutely fascinated and excited to learn more about this. There's far more levels of environmental conservation and 3rd spaces than I thought :D

100

Since it's planned to be a short story (10-20 chs) I won't have time to define the environment later. From the beginning I've wanted it to be a protected area like a wildlife reserve or something so I'm researching different types now that I learned there's a lot more different types than I thought.

100

I'm definitely going to come back here & go to a few other parks & gardens around. I want to practice drawing environments like this for my story Beast is a Beauty. I've been realizing that the setting & drawing backgrounds are some of the things holding me back in finalizing what I want out of it.

100

I didn't use true black. I layered blue, red, & green to get the blacks & browns. The reflected light on the statue from the building was much brighter saturated than I made it. I didn't have enough colors to keep it the right value & hue. I know what colors I need to add to my travel palette now :3

100

This sculpture is actually in the middle of a Koi pond. I wanted to make it smaller so I could draw some of the water & Koi but I kept struggling to keep the proportions of everything right until I made it bigger

I went to Grounds for Sculpture & drew one of my favorite sculptures :3 #pleinair #colorpencil

Color pencil drawings. The upper right has a drawing of 4 thin leaves. The rest is a drawing of an abstract sculpture made up of spheres and curved thin blocks made out of white marble. The sculpture is in front of a tree with hanging branches and a building with peach orange walls that reflect their color on the sculpture

Anyway the sun made them tips near yellow in comparison. I want to go back and try to capture the effect again. I forgot my color pencils so I had to borrow Lyly's and their pallet was missing a yellow that would have really made it glow

The leaves were all really long and thin before they connected to stems. If I saw an individual leaf I would have thought it was grass

I used this piece to test out the #rainbow brushes I've been making. I think you can see the hue shifts in each stroke easiest where the light hits on the characters and the wheel in the BG

Attrum Mori @attrummori.bsky.social · 29/05/2025

I've been thinking about Demon Lord AU again. While making this I realized that the Mage's carriage never had an animal pulling it. It moved by their magic alone! #4our #ocs

Digital painting of 3 adventurers sitting around a campfire. The ones on the left and right are holding metal cups. There is a horseless carriage in the background behind them. A sword is on the ground next to person on the left, and a spear is on the ground next to the one on the right. The person sitting center left has their arms up like they are telling a story. There is an open crate where a 4th party member would sit center right. Every area of the painting has subtle rainbows.

It was Administration Appreciation Day yesterday. Work gave a bunch of us flowers. I drew a bunch yesterday. I really liked the one I made today :3 I'm only using the pens and things I have at my work desk. I'll probably end up drawing more of the flowers as long as I have them X3 #rkgk #pendrawing

Traditional pen drawing of a yellow rose. Red pen is used for the petals. Green and blue pen is used for the leaves. A yellow highlighter is used for the fill of the flower

Photo looking down on a vase of flowers that's sitting on a wood desk. 4 yellow roses are in the center. The rose in the middle top is the reference for the pen drawing. Lilies are are cut off on the top of the images. Fern leaves fill in-between the flowers

I saw a daffodil on my walk the other day and I finally had a moment to draw 1 on my whiteboard #rkgk

A daffodil drawn on a white board with 3 markers. A normal green is used to draw the grass and leaves as well as to emphasis the flower petals. A light green adds accents to the leaves. A light orange outlines the flower petals

Thank you to the 4 people that reached out yesterday for commissions, and the 1 that joined as a Patreon (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*.✧

I am also offering emergency sketch comms for both my digital and traditional art. Traditional art will be photos not originals. As with the Request Tiers on my Patreon the amount of details & refinement I put into each sketch will be based on the vibes & how much I can do in 1 sitting.

100

More digital sketch examples. Also, I normally do digital sketches in indigo violet (like in the examples) unless something else is requested #rkgk

Digital sketch of 2 people cuddling on the couch. The heads and main bodies are refined while their legs and the couch are loosely drawn

Colored digital sketch of a person dressed based on historical Chinese fashion holding and baby and reading a piece of paper. There is a color palette ref in the bottom right corner

4 refined digital sketches of the heads of characters. Each is looking in a different direction and at a different angle

Digital sketch of an anime man with a big sword walking towards the camera

I'd really appreciate #commissions (PayPal) or short term #Patreon subscriptions because my insurance is not going to cover much of anything. My current digital sketch art is cleaner than what is in the sheet. I haven't had time to remake it;;; Please look at other examples to get a better idea

I'm get a bunch of $$$$ medical bills. Tests & treatments for my chronic pain & I had to go to the hospital on Friday for an allergic reaction to the chemicals that were leaching out of my bed. As soon as we removed the bed my reaction started recovering. So I don't have a bed right now either

It's so cute every time I look at it!!!!! ;0; And the fact that it's happening at Destiny Islands??????Thank you!

I really wish bsky let me cue posts. That way I could cue up my backlog instead of having to remember to post here when a post goes live on my socials that do have cueing

I almost used Dunya's light green hair for Mori's in Sindria's Prophet but in then end I realized that not having near black hair would feel off with the isekai set up. Since I haven't gotten to use it yet I wanted to play with it here :3

A few readers of my #Magi fanfic have made fanart of my self insert in pink and magenta, or suggested pink outfits. I often getting really uncomfortable wearing large areas of pink for extended periods, so I decided to do just that for this challenge :3 #RKGK #characterdesign #costumedesign #magioc

A crop of a discord post over top 2 character drawings.
The discord post reads:
"@Art Gladiator
The prompt for March is Colorful
❤️ 🍊 💴 🍏 🔷 👜
Let's say your OC or Magi chara of choice followed the rainbow to find a pot of gold, but instead of gold, they walked through the rainbow and it messed up all their colors! Depict their reactions of shock or rockin' it! Are they reduced to primary colors or another simple scheme? Or perhaps their colors became more complex or inverted? Perhaps the rainbow dust made them sparkle? If two or more characters went through simultaneously, did their colors swap? Is the taste of Skittles now stuck on their tongue? Sky is the limit as you take them over the rainbow!

Prompt ends March 31st"

The drawings:
Both are of a character with light green hair and gold jewelry in both. On the left she wears a black shirt and pants with a pink vest that has green accents and a matching green belt. On the left she wears a pale pink cropped turtle neck and haram pants. Her vest and belt are both magenta with pink accents.

I keep getting distracted or busy every time I'm supposed to draw. Luckily the most recent distraction has been making brushes and pens in CSP so art is happening albeit slowly

Attrum Mori @attrummori.bsky.social · 10/01/2025

I was playing around with some new #rainbow brushes and decided to draw #4oUr It's low saturation so it's like ✨ essence of rainbow 🌈 #rkgk

4 anime head drawings, each of a different character and at a different angle. Top left has short dark hair and is looking up and to the right. Top right has long light hair and is facing left while looking back at the camera. Bottom left has long dark hair and looking down to the right. Bottom right has long light hair and is looking to the upper right.
